The must haves

In order to be considered, you must have the following experience;

  • Proficient in partner management, with an ability for nurturing relationships at every level of the organization.
  • Consistently successful in coordinating, sourcing, and delivering training programs sought at developing technical or digital skills.
  • Skilled in quickly building trust and adapting personal approach to connect with diverse individuals and navigate various situations within the organization.
  • Proven track record of optimally managing conflicting priorities, partner and colleague expectations, while encouraging positive relationships.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and a readiness to gain proficiency in additional platforms as needed.
  • Bringing a consultancy approach to the table, ensuring the identification, design, and delivery of tailored solutions under project management governance.
  • Experienced in user-led experience design, promoting and sustaining behavioral change. A reliable teammate committed to supporting peers and the broader function, including stepping in for the Training Lead when required.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, delivering training packages across multiple projects and workstreams using Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
