The Role
To strengthen our diverse departments, we are looking for ambitious colleagues who are responsible, among other things, for ensuring the smooth running of cross-departmental projects and processes. What you'll do
- Implement and monitor operational processes and workflows to improve efficiency and productivity. This includes to identify areas for improvement, implement best practices and streamline operational procedures.
- Responsible for the development and implementation of strategies and methods to create a learning culture for customers, partners and consultants.
- Developing and improving the learning experience in terms of state of the art learning platform, learning content.
- Focus on improving processes and trainings globally, develop and document best practices to ensure a smooth operation.
What you bring to the table
- Education: A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Project Management, Operations Management, or a related discipline is required.
- Learning Management: Experience in developing and implementing learning content strategies and program. You are familiar with Learning Management Systems.
- Documentation Proficiency: Strong documentation skills, including the ability to create clear and comprehensive documentation. Experience developing standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Communication and Collaboration: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal (German would be a plus). Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients. Strong operational management, project management and communication/presentation skills required. Strong teamwork and supervision skills to oversee collaboration across functions throughout the organization.
- Video creation software: Ideally you have skills regarding video creation software and gained already practical experience
- Project Management Skills: Not a must but a plus when familiar with project management methodologies and tools.
