Our platform uses a modern microservice architecture in AWS and is developed in Golang.

We are working with a lot of different technologies and methods and stick to DevSecOps mentality.

For our international, cross functional and agile team we are looking for a developer who works closely together with Business Analysts and Technology Leads and take care of the design and implementation for the different markets and distribution channels.

ABOUT THE JOB

  • Co-designing architecture standards and quality assurance processes (e.g. code reviews) are part of your remit.

  • You are able to select the right tools and methods for the different requirements and thus solve the given problems in an efficient way.

  • You are able to verbalize your ideas and thoughts in a way that is appropriate for the recipient, which occasionally includes partners and colleagues outside of IT.

  • You have the desire to work in an international, multicultural team and coach, lead and develop younger colleagues.

  • You support your team in delivering the best solutions for our customers and constructively challenge solutions and processes.

  • You take initiative and turn ideas into results.

  • You strive for ownership and self-organization on a team and personal level.

  • You learn every day, develop yourself and us further, e.g. through communities of practice.

  • Good knowledge of Golang

  • Experience with cloud services is desirable. Knowledge of AWS would be particularly advantageous.

  • Knowledge of infrastructure-as-code (e.g. Terraform) would be an added advantage.

  • Populating and using monitoring tools, such as Datadog, are part of your daily routine

  • Knowledge and enjoyment of agile development methods (Kanban/Scrum) round off your profile.

  • Good English skills are a must in our international teams.
