Job Description
We have an exciting opportunity for a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt to join our organisation's continuous improvement team. This is a new role responsible for leading projects to improve operational efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance quality across various business functions. This role requires a deep understanding of Lean and Six Sigma principles and methodologies, as well as strong leadership and project management skills.
There is huge opportunity to improve the business processes and we are looking for candidates that are eager to make a major contribution.

The must haves
- Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt with demonstrated experience leading and executing process improvement projects.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and mitigate risks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of delivering tangible business outcomes through process optimization and waste reduction.
The other stuff we are looking for
- Proficiency in statistical analysis tools such as Minitab or JMP
- Ability to lead a cross functional team.
