The BI & Reporting Manager will be a data analytics expert sitting within the Finance team to ensure we provide best in class reporting & automation of our key financial KPI reporting for our key Technology owners. This individual will own the data strategy for Group Technology Finance by delivering the key reporting tools via Tableau, creating an internal data warehouse for finance information currently consolidated across multiple business sectors & explore using AI tools to enhance our processes.

ABOUT THE JOB

  • Business Intelligence
    • Define, monitor and report key financial performance indicators for Group Technology Finance against set targets. Ensure that the management information remains relevant by analyzing the development of KPIs against actual business performance.
    • Design, build and maintain databases to store, organize and consolidate large amounts of data to support efficient data analysis and reporting. This includes integrating data from multiple sources (systems and offline excel files).
    • Build and design dashboards using Tableau to create automated cost analysis reporting.
    • Share & present the management information & insights on a regular basis with key internal stakeholders, such as the Technology Finance Leadership Team.
    • Shape the business intelligence roadmap & strategy for Group Technology Finance, taking the lead on application & development of key Group tools (e.g. Tableau, Oracle Essbase, etc).
  • Projects & Group Interfaces
    • Drive automation projects and ensure efficient interfaces & processes for our regular month end financial reporting analysis.
    • Participate in scenario-based work, in collaboration with other Group Technology teams during budget planning.
  • AI Integration
    • Become an adopter of AI technology and utilize its capacity in our regular financial reporting to streamline activities and key reporting packs while sharing best practice with the wider organisation

ABOUT YOU

  • Strong experience in Business Intelligence/Data Analytics
  • Experience with creating insightful visualizations and dashboards using tools like Tableau, PowerBI, Qlik Sense (or equivalent)
  • Strong problem-solving skills and experience with optimizing and automating data processes
  • Comfortable to work and consolidate detailed excel data sources and integrate into reporting systems
  • Ability to work cross-functional with major stakeholders across the Group Technology
  • Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
  • Open-minded and proactive personality who wants to make change happen
  • Preferred experience with Tableau
