Job Description

We’re on a mission to provide equitable access to economic opportunity, for everyone.

We close critical skill gaps in the workforce through a new kind of apprenticeship that combines work and learning. We begin by recognizing high-potential individuals both inside and outside of a company's current workforce and then we create applied, guided and equitable learning programs, with measurable impact. Because we believe the world needs a better way to match its potential.

We work with over 1,500 leading companies including the likes of Microsoft, Citi and Just Eat to help solve their business-critical problems, and we’ve trained over 16,000 professional apprentices in the tech and data skills of the future. This is made possible by our global team who are driven to achieve a mission that matters, together.

Join Multiverse and help us set a new course for work.

The Opportunity

We are looking for an exceptional Product Marketing Manager to support both sides of our marketplace (attracting apprentices and matching them to incredible opportunities with companies).

Specifically, you will:

  • Lead new product, feature, and narrative launches - you are an effective project leader and understand how to move a cross-functional team toward common goals

  • Drive voice of customer and research - you are comfortable conducting product validations and working with market research partners to derive insights that will inform change

  • Create compelling and structured messaging - you’ll write positioning statements that resonate with your audience, and you’ll also structure internal communications so your work can be understood by everyone

  • Own competitive landscape analysis - you’ll become the go-to-expert on market trends that will help shape the product roadmap

  • Establish success metrics - you’re analytical and comfortable reporting out on program performance to key stakeholders

  • Craft sales narrative and enable sales teams - you know how to generate excitement for a product launch and equip sales teams with compelling assets

  • Partner with B2B/B2C marketing experts on campaigns - you’ll lead cross-functional implementation of global marketing plans to drive product awareness and adoption

About you:

  • You have 4-6 years of relevant experience in product marketing, including interfacing with Sales, Product and Growth Marketing stakeholders

  • You are passionate about social and economic mobility and the goal of ensuring that all candidates have equitable access to apprenticeship opportunities

  • You’ve led initiatives in marketing, strategy, or pricing roles at hyper-growth companies and have a track record of impact and excellence

  • You are a proactive, effective communicator, able to adapt to changing priorities, and are excited about working in a diverse, distributed team

  • You have a positive-sum mentality - you’re equally excited about both rolling up your sleeves to get something done and reflecting on the bigger picture

  • You are comfortable with and motivated by high-expectations stakeholders; you are able to earn trust and retain it through difficult situations

  • You have high internal expectations for what is possible and the ability to bring others along on that journey

  • Bonus points if you have previous EdTech and/or start-up experience

This role will follow a hybrid work model and candidates will be expected to commute to Multiverse’s London office 1 day a week.
