Working with cross-functional and regional teams, you implement a portfolio strategy that is aligned with the brand vision to drive sustainable growth. You support profit and loss management and future business development plans and objectives including new product development and platform opportunities.

Purpose:

We are thrilled to be recruiting into the recently created role of Global Marketing Manager, Cadbury Equity. This role is designed to continuously optimize how we lead on this iconic global brand by building on its legacy and addressing the needs and wants of the modern consumer. It is a role where you will create and deliver a global agenda in close partnership with geographies where Cadbury is present.

How you will contribute:

  • Working with other internal stakeholders, you will support the brand portfolio strategy and priorities to enable consumer-centric brand portfolio growth.

  • You will develop annual plans, setting objectives and allocating resources.

  • In addition, you will offer recommendations for integrated commercial plans, develop and execute marketing plans that deliver on revenue and profit forecasts, and share objectives.

  • Based on your deep consumer insights and brand positioning, you will develop and implement integrated marketing communications and 360 degree campaigns.

What experiences you will get:

  • You will be orchestrating the community of senior marketing leaders across the globe, to deliver Cadbury global brand strategy and growth plans, including communication, visual identity, brand-led innovation strategy, renovation and activation.

  • You will lead or support on key global Cadbury projects covering equity including work on brand foundations, brand architecture, portfolio strategy, communication, sustainability and well-being, brand visual identity.

  • You will advance and embed the Cadbury Brand Playbook and develop effective global Cadbury ‘Tool Kits’ to support execution against key priorities.

  • You will partner with key markets to support their plans and help raise the bar on execution and help elevate their marketing capability.

  • You will be a steward and active participant of the global Cadbury community and facilitate best practices globally, share successful ideas amongst regions.

  • You will record, refine and communicate winning strategies, key consumer insights, fast adapt opportunities, identify “where to play”, “how to win” to feed into the brand growth strategy

  • You will Support and develop lead creative and design agency relationships and co-own media and digital agency partnerships, goal setting and the assessment of those agencies.

What you will bring

  • A Bachelor's Degree is preferred, ideally in Business, Marketing, or a related field

  • Years of relevant professional experience

  • Highly developed analytical skills, coupled with strong conceptual thinking abilities. Must have the capacity to understand consumer needs both rationally and emotionally.

  • Must be adept at collaborating with cross-functional teams across different time zones to achieve objectives.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are essential, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Proficiency with growth modelling tools and methodologies, including but not limited to consumer demand spaces, market and competitive analytics, and financial reporting tools.

  • Ability to derive compelling insights from market data and trends, translating them into strategic actions that align with Cadbury's business goals.

The responsibilities of this position are performed within the framework of a regional business model that is defined and managed by Mondelēz Europe GmbH, Switzerland .
