To help drive this effort, Microsoft is investing in the creation of Customer Success dedicated team that will play a key role in helping Microsoft customers achieve this digital transformation through successful adoption of Microsoft Cloud solution and Services.

The Customer Success team will drive change management and adoption activities with key business decision makers and IT decision makers, helping reduce implementation risk, driving usage of existing solutions, and identifying opportunities to accelerate the path for customers to realize business value from their investments.

We are looking for a highly motivated Azure Application Innovation Cloud Solution Architect (CSA) in our Global Customer Success organization. This pivotal role is customer-facing and encompasses a broad range of responsibilities, including the migration, design, build, and maintenance of Azure applications, with a key emphasis on problem-solving to overcome technical barriers during migration and drive customer adoption. You will be implementing technical strategies for customer success, you'll drive upskilling initiatives, guide field teams in technical execution, and actively contribute to IP creation. Your role extends to fostering collaboration across groups for the development of customer-ready content. You will act as a linchpin between field teams and the Global Customer Success organization. You'll collaborate closely with the Product group to integrate the latest advancements. Drive high priority customer initiatives in collaboration with customers and in the Microsoft field. This is also a customer-facing role, responsible for providing end-to-end technical guidance and expertise. Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include:


• Understand the customer's overall applications portfolio, IT and business priorities, and success measures to design robust architectures and solutions (including third-party solutions) using Azure PaaS, DevOps, and Advanced Application coding.
• Apply technical knowledge and customer insights to guide customers through their Migration and modernization roadmap. Architect solutions to meet business and IT needs, ensuring the technical feasibility of new projects and successful deployments.
• Collaborate with other Cloud Solution Architects and Microsoft stakeholders to develop, support Migration and modernization of complex end-to-end Enterprise solutions on the Microsoft Azure platform, ensuring that all solutions adhere to the "Well-Architected" framework, exhibiting high levels of performance, security, scalability, maintainability, and appropriate reusability and reliability upon deployment.
• Lead Architectural Design Sessions to build an implementation plan aligning with customer business goals and their technical environment. This will result in consensus on solution design and the next steps toward production.
• Develop deep relationships with key customer decision-makers, who drive long-term cloud adoption within their company, enabling them to be cloud advocates.
• Be the Voice of the Customer; share insights and best practices and connect with Engineering teams to eliminate blockers.
• Troubleshoot technical issues during Migration and modernization to demonstrate the value of implementing Azure technologies.
• Assess the Customers' knowledge of the Azure platform and overall cloud readiness to support customers through a structured learning plan and ensure its delivery through partners.
• Maintain technical skills and knowledge of market trends and competitive insights; collaborate and share with the technical community.
• Be an Azure Platform evangelist with customers, partners, and external communities, building and growing developer communities through activities such as workshops.

Qualifications

Minimal Qualifications:

• Experience in consultative and deployment projects focusing on Application Migration and Modernization to Azure cloud, architecture, design, implementation, and/or support of highly distributed applications.
• Proven track record of building deep technical relationships with senior IT executives in large or highly strategic accounts.
• Ability to solve customer problems through cloud technologies.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent experience in a related field.

Additional:


• Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert.
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate.
• Certifications in Azure Development, Azure Data Engineer Associate, and/or Azure DevOps Engineer Expert.
