Job Description

The Role

The Senior Brand (& Creative) Manager is the driving strength behind brand strategy and development including the integration of acquired brands. This role serves as the catalyst for synergy between the overarching LucaNet parent brand and its sub-brands, with a primary focus on setting and implementing strategic direction, brand positioning, corporate identity, and collaborative go-to-market planning. Additionally, the Senior Brand Manager holds the responsibility for driving the strategic vision.

What you'll do

  • Take charge of the LucaNet brand and its sub brands, providing direction in terms of
    brand positioning, marketing communications, and cohesive go-to-market planning.
    Ensure alignment with the overarching parent brand strategy to maintain
    consistency and synergy.
  • Strategically plan, direct, and coordinate brand marketing efforts to achieve targeted
    objectives, ensuring alignment with broader business goals.
  • Harness data and insights to craft and execute comprehensive brand strategies
    aimed at bolstering awareness and adoption of branded services, irrespective of
    industry.
  • Develop and manage brand equity model incorporating key KPis to monitor brand
    performance.
  • Work closely with the Communication team to craft and implement brand marketing strategies, promotional timelines, and communication initiatives. Formulate strategies based on insights from data analysis, industry benchmarks, and performance indicators to enhance brand growth and success.
  • Act as the commercial custodian for the portfolio of brands, proactively identifying member needs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new capabilities and offerings, ensuring business growth and adaptability regardless of the sector.
  • Conduct thorough market research to stay informed about industry trends, market demands, and competitor strategies. Ensure that the organization remains agile and responsive to changing market dynamics, regardless of the industry backdrop.
  • Closely collaborate with the global event team for industry-leading events. Ensure that these events align seamlessly with brand objectives and contribute significantly to overall marketing success, regardless of the business domain.
  • Storytelling: Leverage compelling brand storytelling to drive followership and create advocacy. Inspire and engage, to foster stronger advocacy and partnerships internally and externally.

What you bring to the table

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or related field. MBA preferred
  • 6+ years of proven expertise in brand management and strategy
  • Strong abilities in guidance and coordination to motivate and steer cross-functional teams. Proficient in market analysis and brand positioning.
  • Outstanding communication and relationship building skills, Experience working with creative and design teams.
  • Experience in managing creative agencies.
