Job Description

The Role

As part of our Order Management team, you will be the contact person for our customers and partners. In an agile and interdisciplinary environment, you will work closely with various departments to ensure a successful order processing and contract management for the entire LucaNet Group.

What you'll do

• Responsible for ensuring a smooth order-to-cash process including invoicing
• Telephone and email support on contracts, licensing models and other relevant topics
• Processing of complaints and corrections
• Participation in the implementation of internationally standardized processes
• Maintenance and documentation of customer and contract data in systems
• Documentation of processes order-to-cash process

What you bring to the table

• Apprenticeship in a commercial field or comparable training
• Professional experience in order processing
• Good knowledge of order management software
• Basic understanding of revenue recognition rules
• Good communication skills and a high level of customer service orientation
• Organizational skills, motivation, and openness to further development
• Team-oriented, committed, and reliable
• Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English
