About the role
The Sales Development Representative initiates contact with potential customers interested in the products and services offered by Adaptavist. They will handle inbound, outbound, marketing-qualified, and in-person event leads.
The role will have a big emphasis on outbound efforts such as calling, emailing, and social media outreach to create a robust pipeline of potential clients. This outbound activity is the link that connects the sales/account management teams with future clients by promoting our offering, generating interest, qualifying needs, and providing a high level of professionalism.
Communicating external prospect information to our various internal teams with a high level of detail and accuracy is needed for the success of the SDR.

What you'll be doing
-Execute outbound prospecting strategies to identify qualified leads through calls, emails, social media, and networking events-Manage and respond to inbound leads efficiently to qualify and convert them into potential opportunities.-Respond quickly to daily inbound inquiries to the Adaptavist website and other channels -Showcase your personality, skills and knowledge as the first point of contact at Adaptavist-Put the customers' needs first and always deliver a world-class experience -Respond to Marketing Leads-Qualify inbound leads from marketing events and digital campaigns -Ability to question and understand the clients' reasons for interacting with our marketing campaigns-Promote Adaptavist products and services during every contact-Manage in-person event lead follow ups to qualify and convert them into potential opportunities.-Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop new strategies for engagement and improve response rates-Track and report daily activities and results, including contacts made, leads followed up, and potential leads generated-Utilise CRM tools to ensure proper management of leads and accurate data capture.-Stay informed of industry trends and competitor activities to enhance outreach strategies.-Attend in-person event -Outreach to help with event registration and attendance

What we're looking for
-Previous experience in a B2B customer focused role-Experience in sales or account management-Experience with monthly target attainment -Desire to be coached and take feedback gracefully-Ability to adapt within a forever changing environment -Comfortable making a large number of client calls and emails each day -Willingness to learn new sales methodologies-Time spent using video communication tools - preferably Zoom-Strong communication skills, able to build rapport during phone calls -Fluent in German and English is essential
