Job Description

TUI is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Implementation Specialist to join our Web Analytics team.
In this role, you will be responsible for the setup, configuration, and maintenance of web analytics tools used to track and measure customer behavior across our digital platforms.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams enabling data-driven decision and play a key role in shaping our digital strategy.

ABOUT THE JOB

Your daily tasks will be to:

  • Work hands-on with analytics tracking and implementation cross our Nordic websites
  • Maintenance of Tealium, our tag management system – ensure setup is correct and plan future development
  • Responsible for integrated solutions and APIs connected to Tealium
  • Create tracking strategies and implementation guidelines for tagging
  • Help and support the business translate goals into trackable metrics
  • Ensure data is reliable and work closely with analytics team to ensure we are building the best data quality in order to get better insights

ABOUT YOU

  • Minimum 3 years work in an analytical and implementation role
  • Experience using a Tag Management System e.g. Google Tag Manager or Tealium
  • Good knowledge in Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics or similar digital measurement tool
  • Working knowledge of JavaScript is essential, as well as having an understanding of HTML and CSS
  • A willingness to constantly learn and stay current within your field, combined with a passion for sharing knowledge and educating others
  • Ability to prioritize and have a structured way of working
  • It’s a plus if you have experience from Google Cloud Platform and specifically Big Query
  • You are based in the Stockholm area
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written
